Collect With
Confidence
We want every collector to live with their edition, not just receive it. If a work isn't right for your space, we offer 30-day free returns — except for made-to-order items such as custom-framed editions.
Damaged or defective on arrival? We replace or refund it — always, and regardless of the exception above.
Contact us
Email support@neurocraft.io within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive your return label
We reply within one business day with a prepaid return label and packing instructions. Returns are free.
Pack & send
Return the edition in its original protective packaging, unaltered and in the condition you received it.
Refund
Once the edition arrives back and passes inspection, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Conditions
- — Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- — Editions must be returned unaltered, undamaged, and in their original protective packaging.
- — Made-to-order items (including custom-framed editions) are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
- — Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Damaged in transit
Despite museum-grade packaging, transit damage can occasionally happen. If your edition arrives damaged or defective, contact support@neurocraft.io within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the artwork and packaging. We will arrange a replacement of your exact edition where possible, or a full refund.
Note: because every edition is one of one, a damaged work is re-produced from the registered master file under the same certificate — your edition number and provenance record remain unchanged.

With Neurocraft, you can pay safely by credit card or bank transfer.
For all transactions exceeding your credit limit, contact us. We are required to verify every transfer, as part of the fight against fraud and money laundering.
